First Phase - Onboarding:

 

Step 1: Military Veteran Verification (Conducted by Chris May.)

  • Provide a copy of your DD-214.

  • Complete and return requested information about military/LE experience.  

 

Step 2: Clinical Doctors’ Verification (TBI signs and symptoms)

  • Participate in a virtual interview with our healthcare professionals to assess acceptance into the program. This step ensures that member and program are well-suited, allowing us to provide TBI treatment that yields favorable results.

 

Step 3: The INVICTA Project Committee Approval 

 

Step 4: Final Preparations

  • Upon successful completion of Step 1 and Step 2, specific lab tests/results will be required before arrival for Week 1, Day 1. Our travel coordinator will manage all travel arrangements for members.

 

 

Second Phase - Two-Week Residential TBI Treatment Program:

Location: Parker Performance Institute, Frisco, TX

 

Expected to be present in Frisco, TX, for the two-week program. Exceptions to this requirement will be considered on a case-by-case basis. The program will cover TBI treatment and the following expenses:

  • Air travel

  • Hotel accommodations

  • Rental car (if required)

  • Airfare and hotel for spouse/significant other (if required)

 

Production Team: During the two-week residential treatment, the Production Team will capture footage of the member and interview at some point.

Third Phase – Post TBI Treatment Protocol:

 

  • Step 1: Monthly Follow-ups

 

  • Step 2: Six-Month Assessment – Evaluate member for potential, one-week residential treatment.

 

  • Step 3: One-Year Assessment – Evaluate member for potential, one-week residential treatment.

The program is open to any military veteran/first responder who qualifies during the screening.
