Position:  CQB (Close Quarters Battle ) Instructor
Location:  Camp Lejeune , NC
Closing Date:  TBD  

Job Duties/Responsibilities:  Candidate will provide entry level SOF training as well as advanced individual skills training to qualified Marines.  He/She will also provide experienced expertise in conducting training courses.  Candidate will assist in developing/providing instruction related to Combat Marksmanship Instruction, Rifle (M4), Pistol (M1911A1), and Shotgun and Direct Action Instruction (CQB).  He/She will be responsible for assisting in developing Periods of Instruction (POI) and Master Lesson Files (MLF's) for ITC and Advanced Courses.  Candidate will serve as an instructor/evaluator during ITC and IASC's, and will assist in the development and execution of exercises.

Education/Experience Requirements:   Ten (10) years of experience in CQB are required.  Candidate should be a graduate from the Service Special Operations CQB course.  He/She must possess a current weapons qualification and be capable of passing a Combat Marksmanship qualification.  Candidate must be familiar with Operational Risk Management and be capable of receiving a Camp Lejeune Range Safety Officer Certification.  He/She must have recent and relevant combat experience and be familiar with current CQB TTP's.  Candidate must have experience as an instructor at a Special Operations CQB Course.  He/She must have curriculum development experience and must possess advance Microsoft Office skills in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.  Candidate must be capable of wearing organization PPE for 8 to 10 hours throughout training days.  Graduation from Curriculum Developers Course or equivalent and a Formal School Instructor Course (FSIC) or equivalent is desired.  Candidate selected will be subject to a Government background investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information.

JOB DESCRIPTION: Provide Lessons Learned support to MARSOC and USSOCOM.
The Lessons Learned Program was established with five core functions to Collect, Archive, Analyze, Resolve, and Disseminate (CAARD) observations, data and information to Joint and conventional communities that will allow for the resolution of systemic issues.
REQUIRED EDUCATION/SKILLS: Possession of a Bachelor's degree from an accredited college/university a plus. A minimum of 15 years experience as a FORCE RECON MARINE. 

SYSTEMS ENGINEERING EXPERIENCE: A minimum of 10 years if a graduate of ARS. OVERALL ENGINEERING EXPERIENCE INCLUDING SYSTEMS ENGINEERING EXPERIENCE: Must have a minimum of 10 years CQB, R&S, DRP. Mission Essential Personnel is seeking a Pricing Analyst to join their Corporate Headquarters, located in Columbus, Ohio. The Pricing Analyst will be responsible for producing pricing and financial data in support of competitive bid and proposal opportunities.

Mission EP is a professional services company that serves the government sector. It bids on language, security, and training opportunities in the US and abroad in support of US Foreign Policy objectives. These opportunities include Task Orders, Fixed Price, ID/IQ, T&M, Cost Plus contracts, funding realignments, and modifications.

The Pricing Analyst will:
•Develop competitive pricing strategies utilizing methodologies in support of RFP solicitation
•Work with Business unit Proposal Managers and Program Managers to obtain pricing & cost data for proposal efforts and provide decision support analysis on bids
•Produce compliant cost/price proposals, including cost models/templates, formats and pricing rationale in accordance with solicitation instructions, corporate policies and CAS/FAR
•Coordinate with proposal managers/technical staff to ensure required cost data is thorough, accurate and submitted on schedule
•Analyze data for use in the development of cost estimates and proposals and develop financial models and rate analyses to aid in pricing accuracy
•Conduct analysis regarding Labor, Material, Equipment, Subcontracts and other Direct Cost requirements
•Interface/coordinate with subcontractors to ensure proposals received are reasonable, realistic, compliant with RFP requirements and submitted on time
•Conduct Final Cost Review with senior management prior to submission of proposals

Minimum Qualifications
Education and Experience Requirements:

Five or more years experience estimating and pricing mid to large size government service contracts (FFP, IDIQ, T&M, & cost plus, etc.) In-depth knowledge of SCA, DBA, FAR/DFAR, and cost accounting (CAS). Strong proficiency in Excel (models, advanced formulas), Stata, Palisade Decision Tools, or similar applications is required. Ability to effectively communicate with all levels of staff and management, both in person and remotely. Demonstrated ability to work independently, and as a member of a team.

Job Title:  Communications Advisor

Duties/Responsibilities:

Conduct special studies, perform analysis and provide technical expertise in support of diversified installation of communication systems involving a wide range of equipment and techniques

Coordinate, research and identify communication needs through discussions with other staff members and various users

Conduct evaluation of current communication deficiencies along with anticipation of future requirements and brief management on the findings

Provide technical support with respect to the design, configuration, modification and implementation of a wide range of Information Technology (IT) communications systems to include large high-speed local area network (LAN) systems

Establish the technical parameters for new communications and projects and writes the technical specifications for new system designs and/or reconfiguration

Write and provide technical information and solutions for various reports and required documentation

Military Health Advisor
Civilian and/or former U.S. military medical officers grades O-5/6.
Advisor will hold a degree in medical/public health administration or a related advanced degree  relevant to the field of RH/FP. Clinical degree beneficial. Ten (10) years of  senior-level experience in military health programs. Candidate must have exceptional technical competence in information systems for military health  operations, demonstrated leadership in working and collaborating with a wide  range of donor-funded organizations, and experience working with host country  officials from the public, private/commercial, and NGO sectors. Candidate must  show demonstrated experience in monitoring and evaluating project outputs for  ensuring timely completion of project. Candidate must have very strong  analytical skills, possess technical management skills, supervision  experience, and leadership experience, with emphasis in team building and mentoring with and for a diverse and multicultural staff. Training and Operations Advisor

Qualifications:  Civilian and or former U.S. military army 18 series background Grades O-4, 5 to 10 years of experience training within Special Forces.
 Candidate must have served in positions requiring general Special Forces experience or training.  Served and have experience as a Commander, Staff Officer, Advisor or Exchange Officer. Advisor must have exceptional knowledge as a plans and operations officer, and service school instructor in positions requiring Special Forces experience or training.  Must have conducted area studies of potential operational areas, and be familiar with, and have some detailed knowledge of, the DRC geography, economy, political structure, and knowledge of the Government of DRC armed forces.  Exceptional ability to train in planning controls and executing foreign internal defense, strike operations, strategic reconnaissance, unconventional warfare, and other related special operations topics.
